Why we exist
A cross-border family office is held to the same beneficial-ownership, screening and jurisdiction rules as a large institution — but usually runs on spreadsheets and goodwill. As regulation tightens across the EU, Switzerland and the Gulf, that gap becomes real exposure. FLIORE closes it: consolidated wealth and reporting on one side, KYC, UBO and jurisdiction-aware compliance on the other, in a single platform an office can actually operate.
Founders
Leutrim Miftaraj
Leutrim is the founder of Innopulse Consulting and a serial SaaS builder who has shipped compliance-heavy software across regulated Swiss and DACH markets. Alongside FLIORE he has built and operates products including BudgetHub.ch, AboTracker.ch, Flenio.ch and ai-risk-check.com.
He brings a decade of IT project management from the field — mandates at MeteoSchweiz, BLS and the Swiss Federal Statistical Office — into FLIORE's engineering. He leads product, compliance architecture and the jurisdiction logic that sits at the platform's core.
Zmira Fravi
Zmira is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Kinneret Trust, a boutique family office rooted in Swiss excellence with a global perspective. Over more than two decades she has advised successful families on tax, estate and legacy planning, trust administration and the management of art, yacht and real-estate assets.
Her career spans private banking at Zürcher Kantonalbank, relationship management at Vistra and Brainvest, and director roles at Swisspath and Fiducia Trustee in Zurich. She brings the working practitioner's view to FLIORE — what a family office needs on a Monday morning — and leads client and market.
